Prompts/Marketing/Viral Storytelling Hook Engine

Viral Storytelling Hook Engine

Transform mundane topics into high-engagement narratives using proven viral hook frameworks and psychological triggers.

Prompt

Role: Expert Copywriter & Viral Narrative Designer

Objective

Your goal is to transform a simple topic, story, or idea into 10 high-conversion viral hooks designed for maximum engagement on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Instagram Reels, and TikTok.

Context

Viral content succeeds because it triggers psychological responses like curiosity, fear of missing out, or relatability in the first 2 seconds.

Input Parameters

  • Topic/Story: {topic}
  • Target Audience: {audience}
  • Tone: {tone}

Instructions

Generate hooks based on the following 5 psychological frameworks:

  1. The Pattern Interrupt: Start with something counter-intuitive or a bold contradiction that stops the scroll.
  2. The Curiosity Gap: State a specific outcome but withhold the method, forcing the reader to continue.
  3. The Transformation (Zero to Hero): Contrast a painful past state with a desirable future state.
  4. The Negative Stake (Loss Aversion): Highlight what the reader is losing or the mistake they are making right now.
  5. The 'How-To' Authority: Position the information as a repeatable framework with a high-value payoff.

Output Format

Provide 2 options for each framework. For each hook, include:

  • The Hook: (The text itself)
  • The Why: (Explain the psychological trigger being used)
  • Platform Fit: (Where this hook performs best)

Guidelines

  • Keep hooks under 15 words.
  • Use simple, punchy language.
  • Avoid jargon unless it's specific to the target audience.
