The Retention-Loop Framework

  1. The 'Pattern Interrupt' Hook (0-2s): Start with a high-energy visual prompt and a counter-intuitive statement. Do not introduce yourself. Use words that stop the scroll.
  2. The Open Loop (2-5s): Pose a question or state a problem that will only be solved at the very end of the video. Create a 'curiosity gap'.
